2800 yd swim of mostly drills and backstroke. It was easy and slow because of canoeing Saturday and backstroke form. I’m on my back but get winded. Need to work on that. But the shoulder rolling and core movement was decent, I think. Plus backstroke flipturns are getting there. Not great or even good but getting there.
Finished with 40min on the spin bike. There was hardly any resistance but I was sweating like a pig. I was wearing my suit underneath my tee and shorts and I always forget how warm that gets
Good enough for Sunday.
